 is a Punjab police constable that desperately wants a promotion. Because of this, he accepts Deputy Commissioner request backed up by Inspector Singh's (Jaswinder Bhalla) to fly to Canada to retrieve his daughter, Pooja Singh (Neeru Bajwa). Fateh assumes that this will be an easy task and on reaching Vancouver starts his mission to bring Pooja back but mistakes Pooja's friend working in a parlour as Pooja herself but is dismayed when Pooja ends up being a "by the books" officer with the Vancouver Police Department who has left the parlour sometime back because of the Police Job. Fateh in order to bring her back and to avoid deputation back to India helps Pooja to convince her Mother in getting herself roped with a white man in marriage bond whom Pooja likes. This clashes with his irreverent and unsophisticated personality, but soon the two begin to find themselves drawn to one another.
